Decent show. Though, it does feel a little desperate in the way it's constantly trying to distance itself from the inherent dorkiness of the subject matter.
Kilink is Turkey's version of the Italian anti-hero Killing, who was in turn influenced by a similar Italian character named Kriminal.
Also, as you're about to see in these three 1967 films, Kilink was a sadistic bastard.
